We reserve the right to change any price at any time without notice. 
Where applicable, please ensure that your name and email address are correctly spelt. Bookshelf Collections and its 'trading as' partners will not take responsibility for any orders which go missing because of incorrect delivery information provided by you. 
It is your duty to notify us within 6 days of your ordering and dispatch date as recorded in your account if you have not received an item.  

Monitoring of Social Media Pages: 

We monitor our Social Media Platforms on a regular basis. If we become aware of false, misleading, or deceptive posts on our pages, we will act promptly to remove them.

Refund Policy:

All our e-books are electronically downloaded to the purchaser. This implies they cannot be returned. As such, no refund is offered on any purchased e-book. If you supply the incorrect email address, and your eBook is downloaded by a third party, you will be required to purchase a second copy to be sent to the correct email address.

Bookshelf Collections, Denture Dental Blogs and eRead Online do not collect or hold any credit or debit card details. Our staff have no access whatsoever to this information. All transactions are handled through PayPal, VISA, Mastercard, or your credit card operator.
